The above-grade foundation of a commercial warehouse developed cracks over the winter. A leaking water faucet behind the wall led to freeze-thaw cycles, which caused further cracking and worsened the foundation’s deterioration and insulation

To remedy the issue, the faulty water faucet behind the wall, which was no longer in use, was permanently removed. The cracks in the foundation were then repaired using an epoxy injection method to seal and strengthen the damaged areas, effectively preventing further deterioration.

“Community Solar projects like these allow local citizens and businesses to benefit directly from the energy produced by these projects.”
